“Starting July 1, 1997, the City of Riverside Public Utilities Electric Department through the City Park and Recreation Department has contracted with West Coast Arborists, Inc. to do our Line Clearance Program. Our tree related electrical outages have been substantially reduced because of WCA’s efforts. They do trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding and have a 24 hour, 7 day response for emergencies.
